Depth Charts will be locked just before first NFL games each week. Send PM to Goodell for manual changes involving players who haven't played yet this week only.

This year we will also bring in some real game performances
from players on your roster beyond the depth chart in a limited way,
but the game simulation will focus on the depth chart players selected.
AREA STRENGTHS: Players marked OUT for upcoming game will not contribute (injury update subject to change with more info during week). For area strength grade calculations, starters worth twice as much as backups.

For running plays, your OL versus opponent Front 7 = adjustment to RB averages.
For passing plays, your WR + OL - opposition Front 7 - opposition Secondary = adjustment to QB %.

RECEIVER STRENGTH: 2 WRs + 2 WR/TE + Backup
Some Receiver (WR - 2), Some Wideout (WR - 2), Some Receiver (WR - 2), Some Receiver (TEWR - 2), Backup (WR - 2).
Overall Grade: 2 (D)

OFFENSIVE LINE: 5 OL Starters + OL Backup + FB/TE if help grade
Some Center (C - 2), Some Guard (G - 2), Some Tackle (T - 2), Some Lineman (T - 2), Some OL (OL - 2), Some OL (OL - 2).
Overall Grade: 2 (D)

DEFENSIVE FRONT 7: 2 DE, DT/NT, 3 LB, DT/LB (3-4 or 4-3) + DL/LB Backup
Some Lineman (DT - 2), Some End (DE - 2), Some Lineman (DE - 2), Some Linebacker (LB - 2), Some LB (LB - 2), Some Backer (LB - 2), Some Defender (LB - 2), Backup (LB - 2).
Overall Grade: 2 (D)

SECONDARY: CB/S Starters + Backup
Some Cornerback (CB - 2), Some Corner (CB - 2), Some Safety (FS - 2), Some Safety (SS - 2), Backup (DB - 2).
Overall Grade: 2 (D)

NOTE: If you believe a player should be eligible at a different position than listed, you just have to send Commish an email with links to verify that the player has either played that position previously or that there is a planned position switch with documentation via news articles or player statistics.

• Front 7 requires 2 DE, 1 DT/NT, 3 LB, flex DT/LB (for 3-4 or 4-3) starters and 1 backup from any of those positions;

• Secondary requires 2 CB, 2 Safety (either FS/SS/DB) starters and a backup;

• Receivers require 2 WR, 2 additional WR or TEWR and a backup;

• OL requires 2 tackles, 1 center, 1 guard and another OL flex spot starter to play guard and an OL backup. FB and/or blocking TE possibly can be added beyond that if they improve your average. OL average must include six actual OL (5 starters and an OL backup), and FB/TEs cannot replace OL in that average. TEs are classified as either TEWR to apply to receiver grades or TE for blockers applying to OL grade.

• Starter grades count double while backup grades just once toward area average calculations.
