2023 Off-Season Update

A reminder as teams make decisions getting down to their 53 man rosters... Veteran players who are on your roster when we sim week 1 have their 2023 salary become guaranteed at that point so even if cut mid-season, they're getting all their money if they were on your sim roster week 1. So if you have some veterans on the borderline of making the team or not, that's something to consider. Sometimes in the NFL, veterans might get cut as teams go down to 53 but then they're sometimes signed back after week 1 when no longer guaranteed.

Here in the final off-season week before the Thursday night 9/7 deadline for 55 man roster cut downs, we'll switch over to full regular season mode.

Also any free agent (including veterans) will soon be able to be added to your practice squad from their free agency bid page. We'll turn that on at 9AM ET Tuesday morning tomorrow.
