CONCLUSION: With free agency approaching next week (4/15), we'll keep back-loaded and roster bonus options, as well as see if we can also add front-loaded flexibility. To avoid some of the issues with back-loaded deals that could result in a player never being paid more than 50% of his bid salary for multiple seasons, we'll have back-loaded deals be checked that they cannot be restructured again as they are essentially a restructured deal from the start and we don't have contracts being restructured twice.
