Like not bidding huge contracts on players that aren't even in the NFL anymore and things like that. I know I made some mistakes in FA and trades when I first started that I would never make now and it has to do more with inexperiece in the system then actual knowledge of football.

Maybe ask for volunteers for experienced GMs to provide feedback or be a sounding board to each new member.

After seeing the latest deal being done by a new owner i think we defiantly need something in place to help them out.

I just talked to him. He said it was a trade made in error. He meant to do this trade pick 1.28 instead of pick 1.6. Said him and Philly were talking this morning and it is going to get cleared up tonight to the original picks that was meant and he said that he will have pick 1.6 back.
AFFL Patriots - Super Bowl Champion: 22’
DFFL Jets - Super Bowl Champion: 21’ & 22’
FFFL Jets - Super Bowl Champion: 17’ & 18’
BRFL Saints - Super Bowl Champion: 23’

Part of that my bad also. Usually switched over to including the overall selection number (instead of just original team) in the trade tool by now but busy clearning up a couple things and have to slightly re-order some of the lower round tie-break mixups in one league so hadn't switched it to overall pick number yet but should tonight to make it a little more clear exactly which picks involved.
