Either Sunday or Monday would be great for me. I'd prefer Monday as well, but I'm all game for Sunday.

Either day works. I am like Royce. I make bids in a matter of minutes, so that being said it isn't a big deal when those bids are made - just important they are made that day.Onyxgem wrote:sunday works better here toRoyce R wrote:sunday if preferred. plus if there is problems troy wont be at work.
Assuming Sunday might be best for Troy. If that is the case, I think we should go with that.

Re: 2012 Off-Season Dates
Mostly it's the day that seemed to fit best with people's mentioned travel I thought for when people would be back from trips and enough time before other trips for others. But probably good that it's a weekend day where I can monitor it closer. My old job in past years I could watch more during the day, not as much now.
For those new to free agency, you get 5 bids per day. You could put them all in early and not have to see anything about it the rest of the day (since no bids you can make other than your own free agents unlimted bids) until 24 hours later when you get 5 bids again. People have different strategies, but so long as you get your bids in on the first day almost better to do it later instead of placing a bid immedaitely and have it immediately countered and without that bid for 24 hours. Sometimes best to be patient and careful with your limited bids. So even if people were busy that morning or didn't get back from a trip til night, I personally don't think disadvantage there for not being first. Lots of the firsts get countered quickly and those bids useless until they renew where if you wait a little or spread them out might be able to be more reactive to the emerging markets and bid trends developing.
