If you're wondering if a player qualifies, just go there. Anyone drafted in 2008 or earlier does not qualify. Anyone drafted in 2009 or earlier, does. Or, any undrafted player that has less than 3 years experience.

If a player was drafted in 2008, but missed a year due to an injury, he does not qualify.

Gotcha... contract info isn't as reliable as the year he was drafted.
