If you are playoff bound and a real team puts a real player on IR (such as Cutler for the Bears this year) but there is some indication that they would play if the team made the playoffs, don't put them on your sim IR (even though you'll see that option). They'll have lower projections with injury reductions to their averages, but in some cases will be available to our sim playoff teams pending further research/discussion on those cases when we put our playoff season averages together for the post-season.

As mentioned before, those over the cap have borrowed funds against next year's cap (as per new rules allowing that) and everyone's set financially as we conclude the 2011 regular season.

Too tired tonight (and still loopy with the latest Tebow miracle for my Broncos) to look into all tie-breakers, etc. tonight and have to get up early anyway, but we'll post more on the playoffs Monday and discuss schedules, options, etc.

We'll finish up the playoffs and then get into a larger rules discussion for next year as usual. Probably will need to be some changes next year as I had a difficult time keeping up this year and want to do some things to help with that for continued play and growth ahead. Thanks

Injuries updated but unfortunately I'm not finished with the stats for the playoffs yet as hoped. Will get back on it Saturday morning, but if any depth chart changes for Round 2 of the playoffs send them via PM to me before that player plays in round 2 as always when depth charts locked.

The first round is always the hardest with some system adjustments for playoffs and figuring all the averaged stats and playoff injury bumps. Don't have to do averaged stat calculations past the first round (since spreadsheet calculates games 1-4 in playoffs) so should be able to crank the next rounds out more efficiently.

Tonight. We have been expecting a big snowfall and instead of my usual long commute, I'm staying with relatives in town. Should have some quiet time tonight (assuming internet's fine) to get those done.
