GM of the Year

I know it was brought up before that we should try to recognize a GM in each league as the GM of the year. Not sure how it could be done, maybe a vote or maybe guys just post right on here?

In the CFFL I will cast my vote for Onyx and the CFFL Cowboys. They have had quite a year and they play in the loaded NFC. Good season Onyx, and good luck in the Super Bowl.

In the DFFL I will cast my vote for Splitsinker and the DFFL Raiders. It would be easy to say Cleveland or San Francisco but they have both been good for a few years now. They weren't a surprise to anyone. Oakland was. I was hard on that team every week in my weekly DFFL power rankings do to the lack of certain players at certain positions, however they continuously kept winning, but ended up losing in the AFC championship game.

In the AFFL: not in this league so that's up to some of you AFFL'ers to decide that.

In AFFL I'd vote Rebel. Made the superbowl in a VERY tough NFC

Jared and I are in agreement for once--Rebel would have my vote as GM of the year in AFFL. The NFC was as nasty as they come and his drafting of Wilson and Martin early than expected turned out to be genius.

That is so awesome that you guys thought of me. What an honor! I'm very proud of my teams in both Affl and Dffl, and to be in the big game in both leagues is something I would have never dreamed of even at mid-season. Even now, I'm still in disbelief that the Affl Bears have turned it around and somehow made it past 3 of the toughest teams in the league to play for a championship. I know some of you were like, "wtf" when I took Doug Martin with the #10 overall, but I also knew that he was a special talent and I also we were desperate for a running back. Jared's team was so stacked with talent that I never thought I'd make it past them, but as luck would have it, I got to face Arizona instead. Then, after Mike Wallace went onto IR, I just knew that would be the fatal blow to our season. Somehow we came out on the other side smelling like a rose...
Thanks a lot to you guys for even mentioning my name. Coming from some of the elite GMs on this site, it really means a lot to me! Ya'll really made my day! :)
Joel

Try the CFFL NFC on for size. Now thats a tough conference. 8 teams with 10 or more wins. Same thing for the DFFL NFC.

The conference was good, but the AFFL NFC north was the toughest division
