FREE AGENCY / DRAFT DATES 2023

UPDATE: I've added some additional options as well as listed some of the conflicts others shared below. Sorry for making people vote again, but wanted to get to more specifics after some feedback.
There weren't a lot of conflicts posted in the GM check-in form asking about scheduling issues. Most of them were later in May, but there were two from late April and early May.
Looking at everything, as well as factoring in a new job schedule for me starting this week, I think this makes the most sense and allows enough time to finish up getting a bunch of new GMs in place.
Free Agency: 4/27 8PM ET (as the NFL draft starts)
Draft: 5/13 AM (one round per day as we started last year and most voted to continue ahead)
We won't ever be able to set dates that work 100% for everyone, and built in our game to account a bit for that. For free agency, that gives our two conflicts (4/17-5/1 limited access and 5/2-5/9 unavailable) hopefully some consideration. Another conflict starts May 15-21.
The alternative I think would be pushing things into June with more May conflicts and long weekends.
The aim then would next be starting to put some new GMs in place and turning on trades this week for the free leagues. All pending free agency decisions (tagging/RFAs/LTCs for pending free agents without contracts) would have to be decided by the start of free agency in 11 days if most like that scheduling.
