We haven't ever done special cases or adjusted how transactions work financially for removing a player from the roster in terms of signing bonus always 100% guaranteed.

It's something to perhaps think about for future rules discussions, especially if there are some NFL rules on that to research and potentially implement, but for now there aren't any special circumstances regarding signing bonus cap hits.
