I have to change up resources sometimes as sites change from season to season. In the past I'd used this for IR and separate PUP and NFI lists:

If teams not in compliance on the evening of 9/6, the league will take actions to put all teams in compliance by that first NFL weekend. So best teams do that themselves than have us cut players for you (based upon last transactions causing the overage and/or lowest grades).
As mentioned before, we've now switched to regular season roster mode just days before the 9/6 cut-down date. Make sure you're blow the salary cap and at 53 man roster limit by the first NFL game that night.

We've also turned on the ability to find + sign players on the market to your practice squad. Just click on that in free agency.

During the regular season teams get 1 extra contract restructure as it's difficult to create cap space once players start earning their paychecks. As some teams will be working to get under the cap at the start of our regular season soon I've updated those extra restructures.

Also a reminder as you think about who to cut/keep... as in past seasons, players with 4 years experience or more have their full season salaries guaranteed for this season if they make your week 1 roster.

I think it is a shame that 5 GM's in the AFFL respect Troy or the league so little that they are still 5 or more players over the roster limit.
