When does FA offers get turned back to silent bidding?

I'm sure most folks have seen them, but if not, there are a few articles out there that will show you top rated players from each team in the preliminary Madden ratings. The official release of pre-season ratings is supposed to happen throughout July. Almost time!

As it's July 1st, we've removed the signing soon and public list of players with active bids made in free agency. We'll be in this silenter phase of free agency from now through the regular season conclusion. All UDFAs are also now turned to UFAs so no more 100K UDFA budget restrictions on available players.
