Re: 2021 RULES: Suggestions
Would it be possible to make it where FA opens 24 hours before start time and everyone can put their bids in. Then all clocks would start at FA start time and have 24 hours countdown clock.

Re: 2021 RULES: Grades
I like the idea of using multiple sources but PFF's grade would obviously have to be adjust to a scale of 99. Like the top ranked guard is a 99 while 2nd is 98... 10-15 is 85... 40-60 is 70... I didn't put a huge amount of thought into that but I think ya'll understand the jist. Then do like 50/50 w...

Re: Roster size ?
How about opt outs? Going to treat those the same as a regular injury? I know we don’t use real life holdouts which seem more similar to an opt out then an injury is.

Re: 2018 Season Update
I would say the big difference in baseball sims is it is a 1 yr min contract deal and you don’t get restricted FA rights. I don’t like changing our 24 hour system at all.

Re: 2019 RULES: Sign and Trade
Because it's a different salary to signing bonus ratio. If we can get a similar ratio for free agency then i dont think anyone would have an issue. I think 200% max would be much more realistic. If the aim is truly wanting to reach towards realistic possibilities then a team signing a player to a 1...

Re: 2019 RULES: Sign and Trade
I get the problem but don't like getting rid of trades all together for 1 year contracts. There are to many things that change after free agency to a roster. You can have injuries, other people on your team step up and become players, people you didn't expect falling to you during the draft and pla...

Re: 2019 RULES: Sign and Trade
So I feel like I’m the jerk that started all of this discussion (Phillip Rivers contract in the AFFL) but I do have to say, you give me a set of rules to play within and I will play within those rules, trying to find any advantage I can legally to benefit my team. I know a lot of you will disagree ...

Re: 2019 RULES: Sign and Trade
Changed my vote from “No” to the “3 month”. Seems we’re destined for a change, might as well pick the one that will still allow trading of these players in certain situations to continue just a few months later Alright somebody talk me into why a 3 month wait would change anything. The only thing I...
