Re: BRFL Opening

We do a lot of conversing on Slack, yes. The Tennessee Titans open roster has been filled. If anyone is interested, it would be best to become an assistant GM (AGM) in the league and get on the slack channels to let the league get to know you a bit and see that you are an active person to fit our le...

Re: 2024 RULES: Max Picks

So a guy has the max picks allowed and an offer comes across at the trade deadline but you can’t accept it because you have too many picks and not enough time to work another deal? Or in the offseason you’re wheeling and dealing and instead of consolidating picks you’ve got opportunities to add more...

Re: 2024 RULES: Anti-Tanking

I say let people rebuild how they want. If they need to tear it down to the bones and gather a ton of picks to do it, who cares? They’ll pursue being competitive soon enough and then someone else will tank. Even the pay to play league BRFL and AFFL have tanking happening. BRFL has some rules associa...

Re: 2024 RULES: Free Agency (regular season immediate pickup)

I know this a bit unrelated to this topic but, in the interest of realism, could we consider having practice squad players count against the cap like they do in real life? Its less than a minimum salary and for a full Psquad for a full season is just shy of 6 million for 2023, though I'm sure it wi...

Royce R wrote: Mon Feb 26, 2024 1:12 am I don't see the point in removing these options.

We want a realistic gm experience but then want to simplify bidding and contracts? Isn't that the point of a gm? Learn to manage your salary cap and play the money games.
I agree with Royce here.

Re: 2023 SEASON UPDATE

Could I offer a suggestion to when games are simmed....what if they were simmed weeks 4, 8, 13, and 18 that way the ratings are reflecting the most current come playoff time for the teams that qualify whether a players rating goes up (or down) just a suggestion....It's something for maybe a ballot ...

Re: FREE AGENCY / DRAFT DATES 2023

I have always been a proponent of having the Draft here before the real NFL Draft. I know that's not for everybody, but maybe we could consider that in the future for the first two rounds of the AFL. That is our league of elite GMs after all and I feel it would really separate the men from the boys...
