When are the sign-ups going to be if i didnt already miss them.

If theres enought room in the new league i would like to be the browns but any team will do.

I have been a life long and die-hard Browns fan would give anything to be there GM.

I'll try to look some stuff up if it will help get the league going faster and if you have any control in it I would love to oversee the Oklahoma City Thunder. Thanks for the clarification.
