I will request again. Eliminate 24 hour rule once season begins. Street free agents have had enough time to sign with any team. 99% will sign immediately with first offer they receive.

I would like some flexibility in base salary other than backloaded. With some limitations of course otherwise some clowns will do 1m 1m 50m 3 hear deals. Some flexibility in salary each yer.

I have always been a big proponent of doing our draft before the NFL. It would get real interesting in my opinion.

I like the idea of moving people down. But the fact they take on entirely new team just doesnt feel right. I am sure some restriction about must requiring a team to make a 1st round pick 1 time every 3 years or something like that would not be a terrible idea. And i voted no but willing to hear ideas.

I have regularly advocated for getting rid of the 24 hour waiting period after we have completed Free Agency and our draft.
