Re: 2025 Off-Season Update
Free agency is coming. Less than 10 days now. Here are the priorities this week in preparation for that just FYI: - Ensuring active GMs in as many teams as we can. Been holding out for resolution with many of the new people, but if I don't hear back this weekend will just fill with GMs looking for a...

Re: 2025 Off-Season Update
For teams that previously retired Michael Gallup, he's back in the NFL so back here now and reinstated if applicable per the notes on his contract remaining at the time of retirement found on the player page. If he's back on your roster at a high salary from previous contract picked back up in 2025 ...

Re: 2025 Off-Season Update
We'll start turning trades on this weekend across the free leagues. Probably a couple of them this afternoon and the rest either tonight or tomorrow morning as I finish up the official draft orders. Before trades are made there may be something new to keep in mind. I'm hoping to implement some feedb...

Re: 2025 Off-Season Update
Looking through the check-in notes about date conflicts, this upcoming date didn't have any conflicts that I saw. Sunday, April 13th at NOON ET. We'll tentatively set that as the penciled-in start date for free agency. Watch this thread for announcements otherwise, but unless noted we'll work toward...

Re: LTC Issue
LTCs and picking up 5th year options if that’s the case there for difference are different transactions and circumstances in the system currently. All LTCs should be the same, and should be implemented immediately. But if someone picks up a 5th year option for a previous first round pick, in the nfl...

Re: LTC Bug
Also if you restructure a contract, should that last year (which is inflated) be used to count the minimum base of his contract...I've never restructured a person so maybe that's just normal...but it seems a bit unrealistic to me (not sure why anyone would restructure if that's the case). The time ...

Re: LTC Bug
Promise to take a deeper look after I’ve dug out from getting all the different league draft orders and comp picks set and trading going, etc. I may not be understanding completely. If I understand somewhat, though, it’s not a bug if something works exactly as designed. But more a suggestion of want...

2025 Off-Season Update
Now that you're seeing all sorts of moves in the NFL starting their new league year, it's time for us also! I have turned on some internal decision-making tools for pending free agents such as tagging, tag-and-extend, LTC, RFA tenders, etc. There is NO RUSH. The deadlines for pending free agent deci...

Re: 2025 RULES: Multi-Positions
The programming for that is very complex. I’ve tried to reprogram a couple of times without success. However, though, for the cases of known issues I had a short list of teams positional grades I would double check and recalculate within the sim (which shows updated grade average in game boxscore). ...

Re: 2025 RULES: Multi-Positions
Yup. The depth chart calculations setup with much of that in mind for offensive line flexibility. Believe it requires 2 tackles, 1 center and 1 guard with the other guard spot able to be filled by either a guard, center or tackle with that logic that a center or tackle can move over as they often do...
