I think LTC's could definitely use an adjustment for low rated QBs.

Having the game played with averages seems like the easiest and best move. I’m all for copying the NFL - but not in this case. It’s not as if Buffalo and Cincy rosters are the same as they are in NFL, either.

LTC's can be anywhere from 1-5 years.
