Put a limit on draft picks allowed. Like 15 or 18 or 20. This will end a huge part of tanking.

I have always been a proponent of having the Draft here before the real NFL Draft. I know that's not for everybody, but maybe we could consider that in the future for the first two rounds of the AFL. The potential problem here is that some GMs are going to absolutely abuse these new rules and then just give up the team when it finally comes time to pay the piper. I say keep things the way they are and add an extra re-structure. If not, things are probably going to get way out of hand.

This is an easy fix. Guaranteed money per year shouldn't be allowed to be more than signing bonus money per year. Question: I just checked the Draft Que and noticed nobody had multiple positions - T/G, OLB/DE, etc. When is that added? And who makes those decisions? Position flexibility can make a big impact on where a player is drafted.
