Last year was about a player that was out of the league and then signed with a teams practice squad. We have never reduced every practice squad player in the league. It makes no sense because they are still on the team and two play every Sunday for the team.

Am I crazy or have 25% grade reductions always been for players that are no longer in the league. Now we are reducing all practice squad players to? What sense does that make when you consider they are still on NFL teams and teams elevate two players every week to play in NFL games. By doing this yo...
