Is there a deadline set for all of the "at-risk" teams to sign back in before their team(s) become "open"?

It's a fluid situation on a case-by-case basis sometimes for decisions to take a team away from someone. If a guy is a new GM who has no history here and got a team last year but hasn't signed in for 3 months, it's easier to pull that team from them than a guy who has been here 4 years consistently but hasn't logged in lately. Some of it also depends upon how many people I have to fill the spots, when more people (and I have about a handful now) there's more push to make the switch sooner than if I have nobody on the line ready to pop in immediately. We'll be switching over to 2013 rosters this week and gearing up for activity soon, so team decisions will be before we start the new league year. Hoping to get a lot of that all resolved and switched this weekend in several cases but perhaps not all depending upon the unique team situations.

Fair enough, was just curious sine I noticed there were quite a few teams listed as at risk.
