2013 RULES: LTC Figures Based Upon Real or Sim Contracts?

What should we base our LTC contract values on?

Keep current system of top 10 average sim contract salaries of similar grades by position.

Keep current system based upon similar sim contracts but adjust further to lessen impact of extremes on averages or improve outcomes otherwise.

Change to a calculation based upon NFL's published franchise tag values by position and adjust values for lower grades by percentage off that standard.

Change to try to pull in real NFL contract value averages of comparable players.

Change to some other LTC method (suggest below).

That already is a hometown discount, since it's the average of all the players as good or worse than him.
