I don't see any reason to change the rules at all.

If its a pain in the ass for Troy to manually do these things, then he can work on the logic to take care of that when he has the time to do so.

Then he won't have to worry about it after that.

If you are around, you'll be prompted when you're on the clock to make your pick.

I voted that we start the day after (Sunday) the draft starts. I just think starting on the weekend is most beneficial to the vast majority of people, especially on a Sunday where most don't work.
